Common questions.

When does my sponsorship period start?+

Your sponsorship period begins on the date you confirm your tier with the committee, or the first of the following month — whichever is later. We'll confirm the exact start date in writing.

Can I upgrade my tier later?+

Yes — sponsors regularly upgrade. You pay only the difference between tiers, and your visibility period continues from the original start date.

What happens at the end of my sponsorship?+

Two weeks before your sponsorship ends, the committee will contact you to discuss renewal. Your logo and listings come down at the end of your paid period.

Is my business listing separate from sponsorship?+

Members of the Forum get a free standard listing in the Sikh Business Directory. Sponsorship upgrades you to a featured/premium listingwith top placement, a “Verified by YSF” badge and direct enquiries.

Can a non-Sikh business sponsor the Forum?+

Yes. The Forum's directory is for Sikh-owned businesses, but sponsorship is open to any business or organisation that supports the Forum's community, civic or charitable work.

How do I pay?+

After your enquiry, the committee will send a sponsorship agreement and invoice. Payment by BACS / bank transfer is standard. Receipts and a sponsorship certificate follow.

Where does the sponsorship money go?+

All sponsorship supports the Forum's community work — Annual Vaisakhi, youth and women's programmes, civic engagement, charity drives and youth bursaries. Accounts are presented at the Forum AGM.
