Cookie policy.
Last updated: 2026-05-18
The Yorkshire Sikh Forum uses the smallest number of cookies needed to make the website work. We do not run third-party tracking, advertising pixels or social-media scripts by default. This page explains what we do use and what we deliberately don't.
Strictly necessary cookies
A small number of cookies are essential for the site to function — for example, to keep a form session active while you submit a membership application or an RSVP. These cookies do not identify you and cannot be switched off without breaking the form.
Analytics
We may use Vercel Web Analytics, which is anonymous and stores no personal information, no IP addresses and no cross-site identifiers. Until a cookie consent banner is in place (planned for Phase 2 of the website), no analytics scripts that set cookies will load on your visit.
What we don't use
- No Google Analytics, Google Ads or Google Tag Manager.
- No Facebook Pixel, TikTok Pixel or other advertising trackers.
- No third-party social-media widgets that drop cookies.
- No cross-site behavioural advertising.
Managing cookies
You can clear cookies for this site at any time using your browser's settings. Doing so will not affect your ability to browse the site or submit forms — you may simply need to fill a form in again if you had started one.
Changes to this policy
If we introduce a consent banner, any non-essential cookies, or change our analytics provider, we will update this page and the “last updated” date above.
